Preheat oven to 350 F.

What you’ll need:

1 cup sprouted chickpeas

1 tsp coconut sugar

1 tsp ground chili

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

3 tbsp olive oil

Mix spices and salt together in a large bowl. Add dry chickpea sprouts and mix to coat the chickpeas. Add olive oil and mix again.

Coated chickpeas

Roast for 15 minutes.

Cool before eating.

Enjoy as a snack, or add to salad.
